Three vehicles were reported stolen Tuesday — two from Ypsilanti Township and one from Superior Township, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department.

Sheriff’s deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to a call for an unknown disturbance in the 1000 block of Chestnut Drive, south of Clark Road, at about 9:15 a.m. Tuesday. Deputies determined a man took the victim’s silver, 1999 4-door Dodge Stratus after an argument, according to a media summary.

The keys are with the vehicle, and the thief is known to the victim, according to the summary.

At about 9 p.m., deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to a call of a stolen vehicle in the 2000 block of Rawsonville Road, north of Grove Road, according to the summary. Deputies determined someone swiped a white 1998 4-door Chevrolet Lumina while it was left running in a parking lot. There was a cherry air freshener hanging from the vehicle's rearview mirror, according to the summary.

Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to a call of a stolen vehicle in the 9000 block of Ascot Drive, east of North Harris Road, about 8:30 p.m., according to the summary. The victim had allowed someone to borrow a white 1999 4-door Mercury Mountaineer, but the person hadn't returned the vehicle within the agreed upon time frame, according to the summary.
