Truck driver exposes himself to jogger

By Cindy Heflin

A man exposed himself to a woman jogging Tuesday morning in rural Superior Township, Washtenaw County sheriff’s officials said.

The man was in a small tan truck at Cherry Hill and Gotfredson roads when he pulled over and exposed himself to the woman, an advisory from the Sheriff’s Office said.

The incident occurred about 10 a.m. Washtenaw County sheriff's Sgt. Geoffrey Fox said the woman called 911 to report the incident but did not want to be interviewed by officers and did not provide a description of the man or a more detailed description of the vehicle.

No further information was available.

Any correlation to the perp in the park over the summer exposing himself to passer bys? Just wondering.

Gennifer Flowers' description of a Peyronie's condition permanently twisted to the left gave credence to her report. Did the woman jogging offer any description?

"Truck driver exposes himself to jogger" Isn't this headline a violation of the aa.com rules? Was it proven there was a truck? Was it proven that the driver was there? Was it proven he exposed himself to the jogger? We don't know if there really was a truck, if there really was a jogger, and if the man exposed himself to her. She isn't willing to stand up and be counted, so it boils down to nothing but rumor. Correct headline: Alleged truck driver allegedly exposes himself to alleged jogger.

Probably just airing it out or relieving himself...you've seen one, you've seen them all...move on

Maybe he was urinating along the side of the road and not flashing?

Sorry A2.com, but this is the worst piece I have ever read in A2.com. There is little to no information in this piece.

As we rush to judgment here on A2.com, lets play devils advocate. He may have exposed himself while relieving himself, and she just happened upon the scene. Seriously, I've seen guys peeing on the side of 696 against the median wall with the drivers door open to shield themselves. When you got to go , you got to go. This area is pretty rural and perhaps she came upon him unexpectedly and as most men know, stopping midstream is not the easisest thing to do.

Sigh.....then WHY did you even report it in the first place?

I know. Good point, Billy.

I'm so sick of hearing about these disgusting flashers. I hope the police are doing some undercover work in our county to try and catch these guys. It just sickens me that they get away with this. There is something very wrong with someone who does this. Gross!

Colors: I would assume by planting a plain-closed female police officer in Gallup Park or wherever these flashers are more frequently doing their acts. They've caught people this way. Do I really need to explain this? Some of the folks commenting on my previous comment are a hard-sell, or just trolls I guess.

How, exactly, do you propose they go "undercover"?

I think that its gross as well. But I think its horrible that someone would allow that to happen and then not help the police try and catch them. Cuz they might just turn around and do it again.

Is this an expression of "Free Speech" exposing yourself in public? He might have gotten a new Tattoo and wanted everyone to see it? (A recent court decision did decide that Tattoo's were an expression of "Free Speech")

So why did she even bother calling 911 if she wasn't going to be helpful??? There is nothing for the police to go by now to catch this guy if its even true.

This headline shines a negative light on commercial drivers and is unwarranted.

From the Nixle report, it was a tan pickup truck. So yes, I agree that it paints the picture of a commercial truck when that was not the case.

The headline doesn't say All Truck Drivers. The person was driving a truck which makes him a truck driver.
