On a miserable day for attending a football game, 110,377 showed up for Michigan's game against Penn State Saturday, said Diane Brown, University of Michigan police spokeswoman.

Police with the university's Department of Public Safety arrested six people at Michigan Stadium Saturday, four for being minors in possession of alcohol, one for resisting and obstructing a police officer and one for malicious destruction of property.

Eleven people were cited for having alcohol in the stadium and one for urinating in public.

Police ejected 26 other people from the game. Nine of those were thrown out for disorderly conduct, six for having someone else's identification and five for passing their ID to someone else. Four were tossed out for having alcohol in the stadium, one for urinating in public and one for entering the stadium with no ticket.

Emergency medical personnel treated 42 people, Brown said. Eight of those were taken to the hospital, none in serious condition.
