An Ypsilanti woman reported that she woke up early Saturday to find a man kneeling on her bed and exposing himself, a police incident log said.

The 48-year-old woman, who had been drinking, returned to her Emmet Street home about 12:30 a.m. and forgot to lock the door, the log said.

She screamed when she saw the man, and he left her home after attempting to calm her down, the log said.

The man was described as black, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, 30 to 40 years of age, with a thin build, medium complexion and shaved head, according to the log.

He had a high-pitched voice.

The woman reported the incident about 10:22 a.m. Saturday, the log said.
