Ypsilanti police investigate burglary in the 1400 block of Leforge Road

An Ypsilanti resident returned home at 1:45 a.m. Thursday to discover his apartment in the 1400 block of Leforge Road had been burglarized, Ypsilanti police said.

The front door was forced open, and electronics were stolen, according to a media summary. No suspects have been identified.

Ypsilanti City Council and Mayor, Your city is a disaster, the water street project is a joke and if it wasn't for EMU the entire city would be comparable to a third world country. Stop laying off police officers, hire many more and I'd see about getting rid of the section 8 housing. P.S. The Washington Street entertainment district looks great, closed down shuttered builidngs and a strip Joint.
