Dexter Township makes board, commission appointments

The Dexter Township Board of Trustees reappointed Tom Lewis and Ken Tappe to its Planning Commission for three-year terms through Dec. 31, 2013.

The appointments took place at a recent township board meeting.

In addition, Paul Peltcs, Peggy Clough and James Diesing were reappointed to the Board of Review, and Jim Drolett was named as an alternate. All were appointed for two-year terms ending Dec. 31, 2012.

Supervisor Pat Kelly was reappointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three-year term ending Dec. 31, 2013.

Trustee Jason Maciejewski was appointed as the township’s representative to the Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority for a two-year term ending Dec. 16, 2012, while Trustee Libby Brushaber was selected as the alternate representative.
