Dexter Village Council approves moratorium on medical marijuana
The Dexter Village Council has approved a 120-day moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries in the village, the Dexter leader reports.
The village is considering its options in regulating dispensaries, the article said. One option is to create a district in which the dispensaries could operate so that it can control where they locate.
The village is the latest of several area municipalities to pass similar measures. Ann Arbor recently passed a four-month ban on new dispensaries. Other municipalities that have passed moratoriums or bans include Ypsilanti and Saline.

And the disabled suffer. legalize it, pass a law that says you can grow it and give it away but you can't sell it, buy it or trade it for anything of value.

more small-mindedness coming out of Dexter. This is a terrible decision and is completely based off of faulty logic about Marijuana.
