I'm not a Dingell supporter, but my respect for him just doubled as I did not know he joined the Army in WWII. That generation was definitely one of the greatest.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I missed another misspelling in the caption of Dingell at the dais. It's ROTC, not "...Michigan ROCT members..."

Holy cut-and-past crapjob! EVERY caption has the word "held" misspelled! "...healed at the VA Medical Center..."

Wow, I thought you were nitpicking until I read the captions. Here's the caption of Dingell at the dais: "Congressman John D. Dingell speaks to the crowed of veterans..." That's pretty bad.

" Mocking " ? I'd call it a flat out slap in the face of the greatest generation, hopefully out of ignorance....To flip the coin I will assume the " first great unplesantness " is the current disrespectful bunch east of the beltway running the show...

Second Lieutenant Dingell came by his VFW hat honorably. There are so few veterans of the Second Great Unpleasantness still alive.
