Wasn't Steven Rhodes married to Marcy and lived next door to Al and Peggy Bundy?

He's now a very powerful man. Will he make decisions for the citizens of Detroit looking our for the interests of 700,000 residents, their safety, necessary services like water, garbage, sewage, taxes or future investment interest rates, businesses, bond investors, and credit ratings, that will affect future growth and job creation, or will he accommodate the minority government union members, most of whom do not live in the city, are responsible for the most debt, are politically connected and influential on a collective basis, and will require 68% of property tax revenue to sustain their high standards of living leaving the majority of residents and businesses with 32% of revenues to sustain the city? I think the answer is clear.
