Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies identified several juveniles accused of breaking into Scio Township apartments last week after a resident videotaped two of them attempting to enter a residence, officials said.

Four break-ins occurred in the Woodchase apartment complex between July 19-21.

On July 21, a resident videotaped two of them attempting to enter an apartment and called police, officials said. The responding deputy discovered another apartment had been burglarized when he arrived.

The deputy watched the video, spoke with management and witnesses, and identified possible suspects, sheriff's officials said. Three juveniles were arrested and confessed to three break-ins, reports said.

The suspects were linked to the fourth burglary after discovering stolen items during searches of the suspects' residences, police said.

No further details were available this afternoon.
