Man tells police he was punched in the face at party in Ann Arbor
An 18-year-old Huntington Woods man told police he was assaulted while at a party in the 1400 block of Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor Saturday night.
Officers were dispatched to the residence at around 11:30 p.m., said Lt. Renee Bush of the Ann Arbor Police Department.
The 18-year-old said the suspect struck him with a closed fist in the face. The man suffered a swollen lip and was taken to the University of Michigan Hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as a white male between 18 and 24 with short curly blond hair. No other information was immediately available.
