Deputies say Miller drove away during a traffic stop at about 6:50 p.m. Monday at Parkwood and Woodlawn avenues in Ypsilanti Township.

The pursuit ended in the 800 block of Parkwood Avenue after he led deputies down several side streets, the summary said.

His next court date is Dec. 2.

I'm a firm believer that he should be charged with "attempted murder" The minute he speeds away in a car, he knows he can and will kill someone. He puts the entire community at risk! It's a willful act of destruction and meyhem.
