Superior Township man fires shots at two others and hits neighbor's window

By Lee Higgins

A Superior Township man who fired three shots, shattering the front window of a neighbor's home, was arrested Tuesday night, Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies said.

The 58-year-old man was shooting toward two men who were leaving his home at about 8:15 p.m., a sheriff's department incident summary said.

The bullets hit a neighbor's home, and no one was injured. It's unclear why the man opened fire in the 1800 block of Knollwood Bend.

He is at the Washtenaw County Jail and has not yet been charged.
