The Milan Police Department issued an alert regarding several recent reports of graffiti and vandalism.

Milan police have responded to several incidents in the last week, in which people have used black or white spray paint to write "NXS" and "NEXUS" on public and private properties.

Police urge anyone who is the victim of "tagging" to notify police immediately and to attempt to remove the graffiti as soon as possible.
