Glad there were no injuries. I was told (not sure if it's true) that that entire interchange of Main St., Barton Dr., and US 23 was constructed backwards, but it was not discovered until construction was half way completed. Hence the sharp curve on 23. Not sure if it's true or not, but that interchange is so bad, it could be.

This is certainly a dangerous stretch of highway. 2 very dangerous on/off ramps and a heavy amount of traffic don't equal anything good.

i dont know who was having a better time, the punks in the accident with daddys car all smashed up or the ann arbor police doing nothing to assist the traffic log jam for miles. maybe some traffic directing and on ramp closures would save an hour or two for those of us who know how to drive.

They designed it so Huron Parkway would go through Black Pond Woods and join up there. That never happened, so we're left with this.

I agree with previous posters: While constructing a more efficient entryway to M-14 would be encumbering (in more ways than one), the current design - vehicles coming to a complete stop (as happens more often than not) before entering/merging - causes quite a clusterf....

The problem with redesigning that ramp is that it has to go through several peoples houses/yards.

There's always crashes thee, the entrance and exit ramps are poorly designed. Definitely not well thought out. On the other hand, would be a huge pain in the butt if they ever closed to re-do ramps
