National Weather Service issues wind advisory for Washtenaw County

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Washtenaw County from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.
Southwest to west winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph are expected to develop Friday afternoon.
The Weather Service said small tree limbs may be blown down. Trash bins and some lawn furniture will also be blown around. Motorists driving high profile vehicles may experience difficulty.

Perhaps all motorcyclists know better already than to drive in this windy weather. It's still warm enough to get around on a motorcycle. Such a light vehicle can be blown off the road by this wind.
