A 28-year-old Ann Arbor man was arrested Monday night after a reported assault at Glencoe Hills Apartments, a Pittsfield Township police news release said.

The man was accused of wielding a knife at a 22-year-old Pittsfield Township resident about 9:54 p.m. in the 2100 block of Glencoe Hills Drive, the release said.

The man was taken to the Washtenaw County Jail.

Gordy Schick, the township's deputy director of police services, said prosecutors declined to file charges against the man today.
