Now more than ever we need Pam (Byrnes') common sense leadership in Lansing. Her strategic perspective and extensive knowledge of our community give her the ability to act in our best interest in the long term. Time and again she has demonstrated wisdom and intelligence.

Pam's support of the recent pension bill demonstrates this wisdom and intelligence, as well as courage to vote for what is in our best interest in the long run rather than to support a short-sighted, yet popular position. Pam’s unwavering support for public education will be an asset in the state Senate.
