Congress is selling itself to the lobbyists

The actions of the U.S. Congress these past several months -- particularly by Boehner, NcCullum, Canter, DeMint, et al -- is really nothing but a sordid business.
The high-priced lobbyists supported by great wealth are nothing more than pimps, whose clients are the members of Congress.

Many times the comment has been heard that donations to elected officials are nothing more that "legalized bribery." Lobbyists seem to be more sophisticated with the practice.
