Higgins has experience to continue to represent 4th Ward
Marcia Higgins, a lifetime Ann Arbor resident and public servant, has a long and distinguished record of service for the citizens of our city and for the 4th Ward.

The 4th Ward has very specific needs, which are best met by a dedicated resident like Marcia.
Crucial issues include: • University burdens on residential neighborhoods • Traffic control • Stadium Bridge reconstruction • Ann Arbor Airport growth
In addition, she leads the City's Council in issues vital to all Ann Arborites: • The A2D2 Development Project • University burdens on the City budget and local city services • Environmental issues • Saving the Argo Dam • Green energy, recycling,  bicycle paths, parks • Fiscal creativity in the city budget
Marcia's opponent - a U-M student and aspiring politician - is simply a transient resident of our ward. He has no credentials of experience and has absolutely no stake in the fate of Ann Arbor.

I strongly encourage support of Marcia Higgins for another term as 4th Ward city councilmember.

annarbor.com You should put the name of the letter writer on the left of the letter so the writers name can be visible without having to open the letter. Just a friendly suggestion!
