States should deal with healthcare issue

By the 10th Amendment to the Constitution: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Healthcare being one of those powers, the states shouldn't even have to ask to be able to deal with it. They should just do it!

Great, and Mississippi can have "separate but equal" again! States rights.
