On Nov. 3, please vote for experience and leadership for your 4th Ward councilmember. Marcia Higgins is a hard worker and completely dedicated to the residents of the 4th Ward.  She spends her time working on real issues that matter to our lives. 

From creating committees for citizen  participation to helping with re-zoning issues, Marcia Higgins understands what is important to the ward and will always do what is good for the city. I believe that Marcia Higgins is the correct choice for the fourth ward and I hope you do too. I strongly support Marcia's re-election and encourage everyone to select experience and leadership at the voting booth.
