Plenty of purple pride was on display Thursday night when Pioneer High School seniors graduated at commencement ceremonies at the Eastern Michigan University Convocation Center.

The evening included lots of hugs and smiles and a few waves at Mom and Dad. The Ann Arbor school's 2012 graduating class was made up of 389 students.
