Pittsfield police investigate break-in at Harvest Moon Cafe

A burglar alarm activated at the Harvest Moon Cafe in Pittsfield Township early today after someone smashed the glass on the front door, township police said.

The break-in occurred at about 2:48 a.m. at the restaurant in the 5400 block of West Michigan Avenue.

Police said it doesn't appear anything was taken from the restaurant. No suspects have been identified.

ok, ok, then maybe after smashing the window on the front door, instead of taking something, the burglars left a cookbook. the story says, "it doesn't appear anything was taken"
