No need to jump on Sallyxyz's back, not every article needs to result in a flamewar. Of course it's terrible for the family, but for those of us who don't know anybody involved, we're always curious what we can do to be more safe. 'Striking the side of the car' sounds like something beyond a simple sideswipe. I'm not really concerned with blame, just how it happened.

I understand people want information regarding this tragic accident. However, a family has lost a child, brother, grandchild ,nephew, cousin and friend (and right before holidays), Fault and information can be assigned later. My heart aches for this family.Let's keep them in our thoughts and prayers.

Can we get a little more information about the accident? Any auto fatality should include more information about the accident including who was at fault, was alcohol involved, was speed a factor, were both vehicles going the same direction or in opposite directions, etc. Otherwise, the article is incomplete and of little value other than identifying the victim.

I am the father of Joshua Daniel Zagor. It is 12:00 in the afternoon, one week after my son was killed. I have yet to be told the results of the police investigation. As a broken grieving father, searching for a reason, dreading what may be found, wanting to know so desperatley and at the same time never wanting to know anything, I will say to you, you must be patient for the answer as I must, for whatever reason you feel you need to know. God Bless, Dennis B. Zagor

Yes because a complete tox scan and all the witnesses and evidence should be reported PRIOR to anybody knowing there was an accident. If the report said alcohol was involved, what would that mean? It could mean the victim had it in their system, the 59 year old could. The article is of great value in letting people know there was an accident. The POLICE are the ones to assign blame and reasons. A2.com is there to report the FACTS at the time. Not surmise, guess or throw in salacious details.

Ever think maybe its a little premature to assign fault? Of what value are the details?
