Shamrocks & Shenanigans runners show Irish and community spirit in downtown Ann Arbor
The annual Shamrocks & Shenanigans 5K Run and Walk starts and finishes in downtown Ann Arbor and draws a colorful cast of characters. AnnArbor.com photographer Melanie Maxwell captured the scene.
More than 1,650 runners and walkers completed the course. Lindsey Lalonde was first with a time of 16 minutes, 33.9 seconds, nearly 30 seconds ahead of runner-up Jeff Girbach.
Results from the run, which benefits Mott Children's Hospital, will be available at the official website.

BobR great point, I was just on Detroit News they had a full story plus pictures for the parade in Corktown. I have a hard time regarding AA.com a real source for journalism, the (lack of) quality really shows.
