Prescription drugs stolen from business

By AnnArbor.com Staff

Prescription drugs were stolen from a downtown Ypsilanti business early Friday morning, according to city police.

Just before 3 a.m. Friday, witnesses reported hearing glass breaking at a building in the 200 block of West Michigan Avenue, police said. The witnesses saw two men wearing masks and dressed in all black jump out the front window of a business and run to a dark-colored SUV.

The business owner found an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs missing. No further information was available this morning.
