13-year-old girl reports being sexually assaulted by 2 men in Saline park
A 13-year-old Saline girl reported being sexually assaulted earlier this month in the People’s Park by two men, according to information released by police Friday.
Detective Don Lupi said the girl reported Tuesday she was sexually assaulted in the People’s Park, 290 Monroe St. off of South Ann Arbor Street, sometime during the week of Dec. 2. Lupi said two men sexually assaulted the girl during the afternoon hours.
Police said no more information about the incident would be released Friday.

Something I know as a result of lessons learned from the past, is that sometimes girls regret decisions they make. To put the blame back on individuals who participated is natural, if someone is ashamed. I am NOT saying that is what this girl has done/is doing, I'm just saying that it's a peculiar story and that there has to be something more to it. Things aren't always as they appear. Tonight I'm going to pray for peace in this young girl's life and that her assailants are apprehended.

Sadly, she may know them, so maybe that's why they didn't release descriptions of the perps or much else.. Just my opinion...

Since we are just hearing about this now I assume the young woman just reported it. If the authorities had known of this back then you would think they would have wanted the community to know. This article is very sketchy. As someone said, what are the descriptions of the men who allegedly did this?
