saline reporter: Eagle Scout will focus on upgrading sign in downtown Saline

A Saline Eagle Scout will spruce up an entry into downtown by focusing on the community sign at the corner of Michigan and Harris, according to a report in the Saline Reporter.

Andrew Bonczyk of Saline Troop 416 received approval for the sign work from City Council earlier this week.

The work will include making a two-sided sign that will be lit at night, according to the report. Landscaping also will be added as part of the $2,000 effort.
