Gov. Rick Snyder will attend a town hall meeting next week in Saline.

During the Monday, Oct. 15 meeting, Snyder will take questions from the audience and update residents on the latest government news. Participants will have the opportunity to submit written questions during the town hall meeting, according to a news release.

The meeting is from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. at the Saline Liberty School Auditorium, 7265 N. Ann Arbor St. State Rep. Mark Ouimet, R-Scio Township, is the sponsor.

Ouimet is up for re-election in November and faces Democratic candidate and Saline Mayor Gretchen Driskell in the 52nd District.

Yeah where's those trickle down jobs Rick? Why are you wasting time on nonsense like mandating the pledge of allegiance in schools when you ran your campaign as this big job creator? More lies, only to pad your buddies pockets with cash stolen from the schools.

Don't forget about his taxing Grampy & Grammy's pensions to give those generous, job-creating CEO's that big tax cut too...........

Oh I wish I could go to this but have to work. Wonder is Gov. Snyder going to answer the question of why our State Unemployment Rate has INCREASED the last 4 months in a row after "cutting taxes for the job creators" to the tune of raiding $900 million dollars out of the State Rainy Day School Fund?

wonder how many CPL holders will open carry in order to ask about his hold up of the registration revisions?

I sure hope the mods will allow this as it is an answer to the question put forth and one that may indeed be asked at this town hall. To Matt - not just CPLs but lawful firearms owners in general. Repeal of registration and Prohibited Firearm Zones. The CPL reference is because the town hall is taking place in a PFZ, anyone wishing to carry there must have a CPL and open carry.
