New Saline High School principal chosen from 3 finalists

Saline Area Schools selected Julie Helber as new principal of Saline High School, according to a report on Patch.com.
Helber comes to the district from Milan, where she is assistant superintendent. She was one of three finalists for the job.
Former Principal Ben Williams left in December to take a superintendent’s position at Central Lake Public Schools in Northern Michigan. Assistant Principal Eric Diroff is interim principal.
The move is expected to be voted upon by Saline's board of education on Tuesday, according to the report.
