Program on first African American woman cartoonist planned for Sunday

The Saline Area Historical Society will present a program titled "Jackie Ormes, The First African American Woman Cartoonist" on Sunday.

Nancy Goldstein, nationally known author of the book about Ormes, will present the program. It will take place at the Stone Arch, 117 S. Ann Arbor St. and begin at 2 p.m.

The event is open to the public.
