Christmas trees in Saline will be picked up beginning in Janurary.

The scheduled days are regular household garbage days, Jan. 6-7 and Jan. 13-14, according to the city's website.

All trees over 6 feet tall must be cut in half for collection.

Tree stands, ornaments, plastic bags, and any other man-made objects or materials must be removed for the tree to be recycled by Waste Management.
