It will be out with the outdoors and in with the indoors in Saline beginning Saturday.

If you thought the fun of perusing a farmers market in Saline was over for the year, think again.

Last Saturday was the last day of Saline's outdoor farmers market, but this Saturday marks the opening of the city's indoor market.

Nancy Crisp, the market manager, said that the city-sponsored Saline Indoor Winter Farmers Market is located inside Liberty School, 7265 Saline Ann Arbor Road, and will be open from 9 a.m. to noon, beginning Saturday through April 28.

Shoppers should take note that the market will not take place on Nov. 12 because of the Saline Craft Show at the Saline Middle School.

Also planned is a grand opening celebration on Nov. 19, complete with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. as well as refreshments.
