Same Pittsfield Township business burglarized two days in a row

By AnnArbor.com Staff

Pittsfield Township police say the same business was burglarized two days in a row last week by thieves who stole jewelry and other items.

Police say the thieves entered Such A Find Antiques in the 4000 block of Packard Road both Thursday and Friday.

On Thursday, the owner discovered the break-in at about 9:30 a.m. Police say the thieves removed a window air-conditioning unit to gain access and stole jewelry from a display case, along with other items.

On Friday at 7:30 a.m., the owner discovered the business had again been burglarized. The thieves entered through a different window and stole the remaining jewelry, three clocks and other items.

Police said the incidents appear to be related.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pittsfield police at 734-944-4911.
