Semi truck crash slowing traffic on U.S. 23 and M-14 in Ann Arbor

By Cindy Heflin

State police Friday were at the scene of the crash of a semi tractor-trailer rig on northbound U.S. 23 at the east triple decker intersection with M-14 on the northeast side of Ann Arbor.

A Google map indicated traffic had been slowed in the area.

It was not clear what time the crash happened, but a dispatcher said a state trooper had arrived at the scene shortly before 7:30 a.m. to relieve another trooper who had been there for some time.

No further information was immediately available.

Triple decker intersection? I drive that area every day and do not recall 3 levels of roadways crossing each other. What am I missing?

Ya that sums it up right there. They have always been refered to as the tri levels. You have the east and west tri levels.
