Snow leads to numerous crashes in Washtenaw County, but no road closures

By AnnArbor.com Staff

A series of accidents have been reported around Washtenaw County this morning - including ones on M-14 and I-94 - but none are blocking traffic, dispatchers say.

Washtenaw County dispatchers and Michigan State Police say the expressways are especially slick, but none of the accidents have resulted in lane closures. No serious injuries have been reported.

The National Weather Service says 1 to 3 inches of snow are possible today.

And more is on the way: The forecast calls for numerous snow showers Thursday through Sunday, with several inches of additional accumulation possible.

On Monday, Ann Arbor saw 9.6 inches of snow.
