Some Ann Arbor side streets to be closed temporarily for West Stadium Boulevard repaving
Some side streets in the area of the reconstruction of West Stadium Boulevard in Ann Arbor will be closed as crews work on paving today, a notice from the City of Ann Arbor said.
The e-mailed notice from senior project manager Elizabeth Rolla said streets will be closed and opened as needed.
"During the paving operations, the side streets will be temporarily closed as we place the asphalt, compact the asphalt, and allow it to cool. This may take an hour or so for each street (and each layer of asphalt). Depending on the timing, you may encounter one of these closures. If so, please use a nearby side street for access. Once the asphalt has set-up, we'll reopen each side street."
The reconstruction work on Stadium is between Seventh Street and Pauline Boulevard.

It's pretty easy to figure out side routes to W. Stadium from the construction areas. Unless a newcomer ends up over on Mershon? Even then eventually they will hit Scio Church and VOILA.
