State Rep. Rick Olson to hold district office hours on Saturday in Milan and Dundee
State Rep. Rick Olson, a Republican from Washtenaw County's York Township, announced today he's holding office hours to give residents an opportunity to meet and discuss issues.
Olson will meet with residents on Saturday at two locations: at 9 a.m. at the Lighthouse Coffee Co., 9 W. Main St., Milan, and at 1 p.m. at the Dundee Library, 144 Main St., Dundee.
No appointment is necessary. All are welcome to hear a legislative update and discuss topics of interest, Olson's office said.
Olson recently was chosen to lead a special House Transportation Committee workgroup that is looking at funding options for Michigan's roads and bridges.
Olson represents the 55th District, which includes Pittsfield, Saline and York townships in Washtenaw County and parts of Monroe County.
Residents unable to attend Saturday's office hours can contact Olson's Lansing office toll-free at 1-888-345-2849 or by e-mail at rickolson@house.mi.gov.
Future dates and locations for office hours are posted at www.repolson.com.

I, for one, am very glad to see that Mr. Olson is keeping his constituents not only well informed, but an important part of the decision making process. Many thanks, Rick!
