Strong thunderstorm moving through Washtenaw County, National Weather Service says
A strong thunderstorm was moving through parts of Washtenaw County Friday afternoon, the National Weather Service said.
The storm could bring penny-size hail and winds of up to 50 mph, the weather service said.
The storm was moving northeast from the Manchester area and was expected to be near Saline by 3:40 p.m.
Gusty winds may cause small branches to be blown down and loose objects to blow around, the weather service said.
