Tornado watch issued for 13 southeast Michigan counties, including Washtenaw

A tornado watch is in effect for 13 southeast Michigan counties, including Washtenaw, until 3 a.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service has announced.

There is a chance of thunderstorms this evening, with a slight chance of severe weather developing. Damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph, an isolated tornado and hail one inch in diameter are all possible if severe thunderstorms materialize between 7 p.m. and midnight Monday.

The storm is expected to move northeast at 45 mph.

what does the hospital release into the atmosphere at night? i live near that hospital -- does that stuff hit my place? i'd like to know the answer to this question. how does it relate to this topic? because... tonight i was making a time lapse of the weather, and i thought that i'd catch the clouds and some lightning. but, what caught my attention is a release of pollution into the atmosphere. so, i ask again -- what is in that release? here's the video: <a href="http://youtu.be/iIpO-S1hfc4" rel='nofollow'>http://youtu.be/iIpO-S1hfc4</a>
