About 80 percent of the drivers on the freeways are already brain dead! And they seem to be trying to inch closer too 100 percent with innocent victims!

I see aggressive driving bordering on felony manslaughter every time I drive 23. Where are the patrols? annarbor.com needs to shine a light on this serious problem.
