The University of Michigan Law School has signed a memorandum of understanding with India’s Jindal Global Law School of O.P. Jindal Global University to establish a Joint Centre for Global Corporate and Financial Law & Policy.
The agreement will provide the framework for the two schools to develop initiatives on faculty and student exchange programs, teaching and research initiatives, conferences and publications and continuing legal education programs, U-M said in a press release.
The directors will be Michigan’s Prof. Vikramaditya Khanna and JGLS Professors Vivek Pande, Charles Maddox and Ajay Goyal.
The center plans to look at the regulation of financial markets and corporate governance, among other topics.

xmo, You convenienttly left out the fact that tuition would be less costly since that wasn't a convenient nor salient point to your anti union rhetoric! I'll bet we could outsource the entire administration and management of most of our corporations and institutions and save a fortune! Heck, I'll bet they could outsource and bankrupt our corporations and institutions for a LOT less than the upper class elites charge!! And China, the victors of Ronnies cold war would happy to assist! Heck, they might even bring a real system of JUSTICE to America! To replace our current system to the highest bidder!

Maybe the agreement would allow UM law students access to Jindal's career center for the law jobs already being outsourced to India. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/05/business/global/05legal.html
