I had a baby March 27 2012. I didn't know that he had a very rare congenial heart defect known as hypoplastic left heart syndrome. At eight days old he had open heart surgery he will need it again in two months and again at two years of age.mott children's hospitable did wonders for him they saved my baby.i am glad another mother can feel the same joy and appreciation i have for them.i believe no mother should feel pain and sorrow if someone can help.

Doesn't this create a very large carbon foot print? "The team was set to leave on a private plane " Now you have to ask yourself if saving one child's life is worth destroying the planet?

It does make one think of cynical responses, doesn't it? I guess the flight is paid for by a non-profit, but imagine how many Haitian babies they could save by just donating the money for food. I guess that's not the trade-off, so better 1 saved baby than 0.
