So, this sounds like it is not acceptable behavior .....much worse than passing out leaflets. Whaddya say UM Police? Are they banned from campus?

No, he never entered my mind, but obviously that's not obvious! LOL. I am referring to some of the examples given in the lengthy AA.com article this week about trespassing "tickets" banning people from campus. The article is still posted if you didn't read it. ...good article. It's not about him though (thank goodness).

You're obviously referring to Andrew Shirvell. What he was doing was a far cry from simply "passing out leaflets."

I applaud the National SAE organization and UofM's IFC for their zero-tolerance of hazing. Hazing is not at the heart of any greek organization.

i remember back in my college days that the SAE's were a very secretive bunch. in my experience, members would get angry if they thought an outsider knew of anything going on inside the frat. JMO.

I realize that confidentiality is the reason for not knowing, but I wonder what type of hazing occurred. Was it being made to wear to different shoes to class (light humiliation) or something ominous such as branding (torture)?

Suspended because of hazing. And to think that these kids pay good money to buy these friends. It's better to make friends the normal way through interaction rather than daddy's wallet.
