Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't MIP against the law? So why spend all the money to transport and observe these suprisingly stupid people to the hospital? So much consideration for people willing to break the law...and I know...they could suffer from alcohol poisoning but then again...if ya want to hear the music, expect to pay the piper...it's all about accountability and it's obvious no one has told these people to obey the law...can't wait until the next time and they get behind the wheel of a car, or step out in front of one...and someone gets seriously hurt. On a side note, will this behavior be recorded within their school records?
