Thank you once again AA for spending money on art work in front of the City Councils office instead of making 23 and 94 3-4 lanes. Errrr.....

Shouldn't this read Northbound?

The only thing I could think of for the Northbound back-up was the police blocking off the exits/entrances for the President coming through. I saw at least 6 cop cars while I was on 94 (they were on 23, State, and various other roads). Unless there were a serious amount of accidents, that's the only thing that would make sense.

At about 6 am there was an accident on northbound and they shut the freeway down. Two people were transported to St. Joe, one for evaluation. The second ambulance was advised to come south down the northbound side from Michigan Ave. by the officer.

We are following up on northbound also, where there are other backups.
