VIDEO: Man charged with killing Dawn Fital in court Saturday

Greg Noack was arraigned Saturday morning at the Washtenaw County Jail, charged with murder in the death of Dawn Marie Fital,45, of Pittsfield Township.
Noack, Fital's boyfriend, is accused of killing her early Monday at the Arbor Knoll complex on Plum Hollow Drive, where he lived with her and her ex-husband.
Investigators say Fital was bound, put in a suitcase and thrown into a retention pond in Indiana, where she was found Thursday.
Magistrate M. Colleen Currie ordered Noack held without bond.

Sure his phone is in lock up, but you think giving out his number is a good ?
