Was that Tiny Tim tiptoeing along Ann Arbor's Main Street?

Downtown Ann Arbor is ablaze in color this weekend with red, yellow and purple tulips blooming in every planter along South Main Street.

Downtown Ann Arbor is looking a bit like Holland, Mich., these days as thousands of red, yellow and purple tulips are in bloom in the planters that line Main Street.

The spring blooming perennial flowers only display their colors for a few weeks each year, so don't wait to see them.

For those of you too young to remember Tiny Tim (no, not the crippled child from "A Christmas Carol"), he was a ukulele-playing singer who became an icon in the 1960s with his song "Tiptoe Thru' the Tulips."
