Four women and a man were arrested during a prostitution sting Tuesday morning in Ypsilanti Township, Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies said.
Investigators were approached for sexual acts on East Michigan Avenue, a sheriff's department incident summary said.
A 38-year-old man from Ypsilanti Township is expected to be arraigned today on charges of pimping and prostitution, the summary said.
Expected to be arraigned today on charges of prostitution are three women from Ypsilanti Township - ages 51, 39 and 23 - and a 34-year-old woman from Whitmore Lake, the summary said.
Detectives conducted the sting after residents in the area complained about the problem.
